Returns

- Unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it for the same item at no additional cost. Please reach out to us at support@exellionlab.com with a clear photo of the issue, and we will assist you promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
